Hi, I have a MacBook Pro 2018 model unexpectedly after update to a newer version of macOS, the screen starts to blink pink colour . I’m not able to work. I kept it around one and half years as in dead condition. Then I came to know about Simplifix. I sent a message for query of my MacBook repair, Mr Akarsh, from Simplifix, he called and talk with me very gently. He suggested simple ways to get it repaired at Simplifix. I sent it via courier he received with priority and diagnose the device and explained the causes for the failure of MacBook and he told it’s repairable, My MacBook was repaired carefully and sent back to me. Today I received My MacBook Pro. It’s working fine as new one. Thank you to the Simplifix and Mr. Akarsh. ~ Shiva P

Amazing service! My M1 Pro MacBook logic board was replaced with an original board from a donor laptop. Apple quoted almost twice the price for a new one. The staff are knowledgeable and answered all my queries patiently; it was their reassurance that gave me the confidence to go through with the replacement. The free pickup and drop-off service was an added bonus. Once the laptop was delivered, I ran all the diagnostic steps and was relieved to find everything perfect. They even offered a 2-month warranty on the board, which provides great peace of mind. Got 3 items fixed in one go: Watch Series 2 battery replacement, Watch SE screen replacement, 11Pro battery replacement. I must admit, it was a smooth, hassle free and very communicative experience. The team here, including Teja, are very communicative & transparent. No big promises, very practical and polite team. All my items were properly fixed, infact all done in the same day. They even provide free pick up & drop service, however, I used their drop service as I decided to visit the store to hand over the items. I had a very good experience with Simplifix for my MacBook Air M1 repair. Earlier, I had approached an Apple authorized service center and was told that the logic board might need replacement. I then gave the MacBook to Simplifix for diagnosis and repair. They identified the issue at board level and repaired it successfully. I really appreciate their technical expertise and practical approach. Instead of simply recommending a full board replacement, they repaired the actual issue and brought the MacBook back to working condition. Highly recommended! I visited the business after my MacBook crashed one fine day and was fearing the worst (motherboard failure). But the folks at Simplifix did a commendable job of narrowing down to the component/IC level that caused the crash and got the machine up by replacing just what’s needed. They didn’t go the easy way out by suggesting a replacement for the motherboard. I was impressed by the quality of work and their professionalism. Got my iphone 12 pro max OUTER GLASS replaced here. I had been to apple & was asked to change the entire screen at a whopping cost of Rs.35000/- I was referred to simplifix by my friend who had taken service from them. I visited them & was pleased with everything right from greetings, waiting time, pricing & delivery. Excellent service and quick turnaround! I gave my Macbook Air for repairs here. The screen was broken and battery was dead. Was able to negotiate rates and get the device fixed. What I really liked was how knowledgeable the staff is and will go overboard with assistance which in my case, they added internal servicing, dust cleaning etc. 10/10 will visit again for any fixes etc. All my repair was also covered under warranty for 3 months so thats a huge plus. ~ Riyaz W

Good service , on time they gave me back after service . I gave my phone for an issue and the team had given a quote but after analysis they serviced and charged me a lessor price telling they had addressed the actual issues and charged the lessor price telling.
